Lively loud music, free flowing Rum, snacks and a knowledgeable tour guide on this cruise excursion. The staff and musicians were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this tour. Just be mindful that the bus has a pretty big step up and down that requires a step stool.

Colombia is our 68th country that we have traveled over 23 years. This Chiva Tour rates in the top five of the worst tours we have ever taken. We did the daytime tour. We signed up because of a very charismatic gentleman named Juan stopped us in the central square. His English was excellent, so when he told us the... More

This was a good first night in cartagena. We enjoyed our host who was very animated. The bus got perry packed quickly. Every row gets a bottle of rum a bottle of Coke and an ice bucket to split between everyone in the row. It goes quickly if everyone is a drinker but you can always ask for another bottle.... More

Once they pick up everyone its starts to be fun. They have local music, drinks and a lot of attitude. You get to see the city by night and dance while at it. We had a lot of fun!

We had a good time on this tour as there was good local music, free drinks, and sightseeing. If I could go back I would do this on one of the first nights in the city as the tour goes to places that are very popular so we ended up at places we had already been. I would say it... More

It was Fun and Cheap. It is about 3 hours. They spend like 30-45 mins driving around getting other people from other hotels but its fun to see the city. Live Latin Band on Board.

Disappointing really, you spend the first hour driving around picking up people and are not given any drinks during that time. Then when the drinks come out it's some kind of alcohol with whisky flavoring. That's a recipe for a hangover for sure. They also squeeze as many people on as possible and being packed in an open bus in... More

18 &25 year old sons thought crowd too old and tour tooslow and disorganized. They drove for an hour trying to recruit more guests while holding up the drinks and party.

Although listed as a tourist attraction there were some locals on this bus tour...its basically a ride around the city in an open school bus with an emcee and open bar rum; cups, ice and coke for mixing provided...as well as snacks (empanadas and areas) also includes entrance to a nightclub.....once at the nightclub you can go back to your... The Chivas were so fun!!! We took one at night, it left from Bocagrande. You get unlimited rum and soda. There is a three piece band in the bus along with you. It is 100% a tourist kind of activity but its still fun anyways. I am not sure if our guide could speak English but we could speak Spanish... More
