I booked private guided tour with Daniel. Before I booked it I have done my research, compared different offers and decided to take this one. And I am glad I did!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The guide was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He would always explain a lot of things and meanings behind them, especially when we visited communa 13 he explained exactly what every art work meant in terms of history of this area. He explained a lot about Escobar and his influence. There was a lot of historic details. I felt very safe throughout the whole trip! If I had to take a guided tour in Medellin again, I would take it with Daniel. Thank you so much!!

ダニエルさんは知識の深さ、歴史に対する理解、コロンビア🇨🇴を熟知した素晴らしいガイドでした。またとても親切で信頼できる地元出身の紳士です！
Daniel was one in a million, he’s educated as an economist from a great University here in Medellin and he brought that deep knowledge to the tour. he educated us so deeply and honestly about the history culture of this amazing country and people. We enjoyed every second of our time with Daniel, and even spent a second day with him where we learned even more I could not recommend him enough. All I can say to anybody who is considering coming to Columbia and particularly coming to Medellin is don’t miss this extraordinary opportunity. This is one of my favorite countries in the world and I’ve been to 106!

Booked the night before and had instant confirmation. We had Mateo as a guide he spoke great English and was so nice, helpful and informative. He gave an unbiased factual account of the history of Pablo and the impact of his actions on Medellin.

Bottom line experience: better to hire a driver for a day to see these beautiful sites.
The guide spoke English and delivered us to all places, and agreed to make an extra stop on the way back. We avoided a line to buy tickets to attraction. The information provided however was sparse and neither correct, nor reliable. We were told to explore at our speed and leisure, but were politely forced to do, go, eat what when and how the guide wanted and our eagerness to see and explore these attractions felt politely unwelcome.

Dear lana, I am sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, we accept it with respect and professionalism. The guide agreed to make not only one but more stops on the tour (they were not included), if you had hired a regular driver, this would not have been possible. The guides at the coffee farm were not happy with your attitude, because in one hour of tour, you only paid attention for 10 minutes and went straight to the house to brew your own coffee (seems made up, but please text us if this is wrong) without any respect for the privacy and time of our guide. Another person from your group wrote us (Bernie) to thank us for our time, patience and disposition with you, but sometimes we have clients who think that just because they booked a private tour, it gives them the right to treat us like servants and dispose of our time, please note that the tour lasted almost 11 hours, you even took your shoes off and put your feet
up on the car dashboard, what else did you want from our guide? I am glad that even when you did not show any consideration, respect nor interest for our tour, you still highlight the guide's politeness and education, and to every customer who reads this: that is what defines us: even when we feel the customer is not right, we still go the extra mile to ensure you have an unforgettable experience. Thanks for the review, and next time you might clarify which information was not accurate so we can reply with arguments and accuracy.

Juan was the best! It was the perfect private tour of Medellín. He was so knowledgeable about the history of the country and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We visited areas with the most incredible views, allowed us stop a million times to take pictures, and sample tasty snacks! Well worth it!

This was a great trip into the mountains with a long zipline and a fantastic view and waterfall under the supervision of a knowledgeable guide who speaks good English and provides a lot of interesting information. We were two solos masquerading as a couple, just my luck

This was a great tour!! It was private & individually so it didn't attract a lot of attention! I say this because the city still in pain from what happenend in that era, people in Medellín don't see Escobar as a hero, but instead of an ego tistical person that didn't care about life. I loved that it was private, Daniel my tour guide was excellent with great knowledge of each individual place he took me (Building Monaco, La Catederal, Cemetery & where Escobar was kill) very accomodating person & very nice!!

JuanCamilo Is the best guide ever!! Knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy, good photographer, his English is perfect so I could use my Spanglish freely and he will understand me. Medellin is a safe city with some of the most nice and helpful people, give yourself the opportunity to experience with the best tours "Discovering Medellin"
