Check out the cable cars, price included in your metro ticket. You get a great view of the city and get to experience why Medellin won the Most Innovative City of the world prize a few years back.

Metro cable línea K gives a different reality of Medellin, not such a tidy, clean and secure side. Hop off and grab a juice or a buñuelo in the neighborhoods.

The best cable car in the world I think. This was one of the main reasons for me to visit Medellin and I was not disappointed. Passing through favela and visiting the National park was an exhilarating experience of lifetime!
