Take your time and enjoy. It will help if you have the object of the park explained to you. It is well worth employing a guide to get the most out of your visit.

This is super nice. I love unique urban places and this is one of them. It also comes with a state provided guide that walks you through it and talks about the benefits of being in nature, and describes many of the elements of this park and how they can contribute to your wellbeing.

Disappointed that this wasn't clean or pleasant, it was basically just a kids play yard. There were art teachers, craft projects and all kinds of fun for kids; however, if you are looking for the much written about amazing experience of removing your shoes and enjoying a massage while hopping from stone to stone, perhaps you should try visiting during... Nice walk from main plaza downtown to the Bare Foot Park. Might be great to let the kids run around for awhile with no shoes on. Not much for adults to do here, but the "Intelligent Building" is located here and it is interesting to look at.

This is a very small park: essentially a sand pit. And apparently being barefoot in the sand pit was optional, as people walked back and forth with shoes on. There is a small bamboo area and a small fountain area near the sandpit.

We stopped here along our Bici biking tour, it was really hot when we travelled through it and didn't seem very worthwhile. But the initiative, like many others throughout Medellin, to promote healthy living is commendable
