It is a good deal - as the walk would be long if going from one endtothe other - But you really don't save time - With all the stops it makes it took about 45 minutes to get from Oceans to the trop. But it was nice to sit back and watch as the board walk passes you by.

Every year I go to Atlantic City with my Autistic Son. And every year he wants to ride the Tram. Last year we bought a all day pass and we rode the tram until the last ride about 9:30 p.m. This year on Monday the 23rd I wanted to buy a all day pass and the man said that they do not sell a all day pass after 5:00 p.m. He never said it could not be used after 5:00 p.m. So the next day I bought a all day pass for my son and I around 12:00 p.m, the man came up to me to the front of the Tram where I was talking to the driver and took my money again never said I could not use it after 5:00 p.m. We spent some time on the beach and went back to the hotel and got ready for the evening. We came back to the boardwalk and tried to ride the Tram and they kept telling us that they were full. So when we got a chance to ride the woman driver told me that they we could not use our passes because it was after 5:00 p.m. when I question it she was not very nice and said it is right there on the side of the Tram. First of all I did not see the sign because I was talking to the man at the front of the Tram where he took my money and I was telling him that I could not buy a ticket the day before and he never said I could not ride after 5:00 p.m. I have always rode the tram after 5:00 p.m to take my son to the steel pier and back again so we would be safe at night going back to our hotel. So here I spent $16.00 for the two passes and we couldn’t even ride the Tram. The Lady wasn’t even compassionated about it she said what do you want me to do it’s right there on the sign again I did not see the sign because the man came to me at the front and, he was standing where I did not see the sign. So I talked to another driver and I told him what happen and he said to call his company, when I asked him for the number he said he didn’t know it. And he also said that they have less Trams and less drivers. So I looked up here on the internet and now I am writing this review. I think if you buy passes for $16.00 you should be able at least get a ride no matter what time it is if they our still running. My Son was very disappointed and I was not going to buy another one way pass for us after I just spent $16.00 a few hours before. I feel the company should at least offer to reimburse me. Thank you for the unpleasant experience.

We stayed in Atlantic City for 2 days and 1 night and only had to use the tram just for the boys to get the feel of it. During our stay we did see the tram coming back and forth constantly. The driver was very friendly. If it rains they have plastic covers with zipper for it to close.

This service was so welcomed for my husband and I. We enjoy walking the boadwalk, but I have a bad hip and my husband has a bad foot, so the convenience of the all day pass for this service was so appreciated. The staff was very friendly and helpful with providing step stools for getting on and off

I realize there are less people visiting AC during this pandemic, but there was still a lot of visitors. They only had 3 of 6 trams running during our mid week visit. NEVER were they traveling in the direction we were headed. We walked from the Trop to the Landshark (30 mins) and it never came past us. We passed a tram on the way back to the Trop. There last run was 9:30 pm. Shortened hours during the summer months is ridiculous.
