There are many casinos in Atlantic City, in fact many with much better location, restaurants, and staff than this one. Do not come here, the staff is rude and the place is disgusting.

But it sure beats the places on the boardwalk that are being overrun by crime. We live close but will be going to Sugar House and Foxwoods instead. AC is not a place to feel good about anymore.

My first time going to the borgata. Casino was nice. As far as the room I would’ve thought for the nice furnishings in the bathroom & room it would be much cleaner for a non smoking room. I had to clean the entire shower... wipe down everything in the room. The soap scum was terrible. There was and still is stuff under the bed and night tables. I was the head of housekeeping at a couple places and my assistants would have never allowed that room to be rented in the condition it was in. It was like the room was only stripped and the bed was made and garbage was taken out. Room smelled like stale smoke. No scent of cleaners at all. 2 garbage cans and one garbage bag. No wash cloths. The window although gorgeous view it had ... had hand prints and (are you sitting down?) footprints. I had to spend a hour cleaning before I could get ready to enjoy my evening. I would think with Covid there would be even higher standards on cleanliness, but I guess not. I left no tip but did lose money somewhere in the room. Beware and if your in room 3315 look under the light colored night table to see what I’m talking about. Oh and I didn’t complain to the desk because I’m familiar with the process and I didn’t want to spend my night out waiting for things to be rectified.

Very few places to eat, not because of covid but because they choose to keep them closed. Hotel room was definitely not as clean as it used to be. Slots are extremely tight and line at check in was extremely long. We gambled for hours and rarely saw a cocktail waitress. The few times we ordered a drink, it took forever for the waitress to return with it. Going to try Oceans Casino as I have friends that rave about it!
