You can take a nice indoor walk and check out the very few stores still open. All of the high ends shops have left. There are a few restaurants on the top floor. I highly recommend happy hour at Buddahkan. Also, there is a relaxing spot on the top floor to watch the ocean. That's it! There is not much left to see!

There literally is nothing in here. Was there NYE and took a walk around. There was a jewelry shop open on the one floor. There were no more fountains. It was so sad to see. Just billboards covering the windows of what were once stores. We had stopped someone who worked at one of the casinos who called it her track to walk. She said new owners came in, raised the rate on everyone's rent and people had to move out. Just very sad to see.

There are almost no shops here. The elevator is cool. The view is super nice. Great candy store at the front entrance. Just not much shopping .

As of April 2019, the only store open is Tommy Bahama which I suspect is sweating out a lease. Louis Vuitton, L’Core evidently already did so. The restaurants on the third floor are open - Phillip’s Crabhouse, The Continental, Buddakon, and a sushi place. The entrance to the Pier Shops is through the Caesar’s Casino, parking in their garage is $25 but can vary based on cardholder status

Should have read the reviews before hiking 2 miles to an empty building. Sad. Apparently this used to be a place to shop and eat.
