Very cool space! We went specifically to go to Ocean 1 - a street wear store, but there were many nice vendors with different types of artwork.

Another opportunity to enjoy art and other custom made gift items; the museum is free and there is plenty to see, they have music and sometimes artist demonstrating their craft. Worth the walk down from the boardwalk.
