We had a little extra time so we hopped a bus and went to Volosko. Some very nice restaurants and cafes. Nice view of sea and a marina. A steep climb to and from the main road!

Volosko is a charming small town with a pitoresque port Mandrač. Volosko is part of Opatija and you can walk there by Lungo Mare. There is a very good restaurant Plavi podrum with excelent seafood.

We walked along the sea wall in a misty rain to Volosko. Beautiful views of the surrounding land, cute harbor. It was an easy, enjoyable walk.

Several restaurants just in a small marina. Seafood first of all. Something to have and keep the taste forever. To even more enjoy the best is to have a walk from centre of Opatija using promenade that - if to believe local guide - was...More

It's a medieval town with some contemporary shops but still retaining it's charm and the lovely neighbourhood feeling...you go into the local pub as it were... The wonderfully scenic Lungomare coastal walk starts at Volosko and runs through Opatija to Lovran.

We walked from Opatija along the Lungo Mare and came upon this quaint fishing village. We had to stop in a bar for a drink. What a nice trip.

This little village is at the end of the Lungomare and what a pretty village it is. Lovely litle harbourside resturants with freshly caught fish. DELICIOUS. a diving school opereates from the harbour too.

This is a delightful, quiet, beautiful seaside village. We stayed here and were glad we did. We walked the Lungomare to Opatija. What gorgeous stroll by the sea.

Nice place by the sea, pictoresque. I like old houses, and especially art galleries in one of the main street. There is a long walk by the sea - Lungo mare, it is worth of your scroll, all the way to Lovran.

There's not too much to do around Opatija apart from walk, eat, chill and soak up the atmosphere. Aside from travel outside of Opatija to national parks and various other activities visiting Volosko was one of the nicest places we went on our trip to...More
