It's about a 20 minute drive from Puerto Ayora, followed by a five minute walk down the hill on a nice path (lots of lava lizards resting on the stones). The beach itself is nice, and the lava rocks make for great landscape photography. There...More

Excellent ride for avid bikers. Steep hills. Lots of sweat. Kayaked with Boobies and Turtles. Wildlife on the north side of the bay. Saw flamingos in the basin behind the bay. Hibiscus all along the road.

Beautiful beach; a lot easier to get to than Tortuga Bay, but not as beautiful, vast, and breathtaking as Tortuga Bay... Should visit, but not as another option to Tortuga Bay!

We stopped for an afternoon dip and happened upon a group of 4 flamingos feeding, a couple of marine iguanas, and other interesting sea life.... lots of crabs scurrying about. The beach is clean, with soft sand. It does close at 5 pm...

This beach is not as crowded as Tortuga Bay. It is also very beautiful and calm. You can take a chiva car for $2 or a taxi for $20.

As one of the supposed better restaurants in the town, it was a Monday night and the place was packed (mostly with tourists, not locals). We had to wait for a table, the service was average, the happy hour drinks were weak, and the food...More
