I love flamingoes! You can imagine our delight when we found out we'd see some in the wild! There were only two, but they were just beautiful. And so graceful with their long necks and legs! We went with a group led by a naturalist guide, and he told us about the history of how they came here from North... More

The pathway leading to the beach is very nice and scenic but a bit far for the elderly! The beach is nice. What a pity the only structure there was supposed to provide restroom and changing facilities was closed. I could see people going in and out of the bushes to change or when nature called. So, one should use... More

Beautiful beach and wild flamingos in the lagoon. Nice for an afternoon walk. No bathroom facilities but they rent kayaks there.

We saw loads of different wildlife- marine iguanas swimming nearby, red breasted frigates and finches that landed on our legs as we were sunbathing. Good place to swim too. It about 25-30 mins drive from Puerto Ayora. Taxis are happy to drop you off & collect you. Well worth a visit

A really great beach where locals go (on week ends mainly). White sand, clear water.. you can spot flamingos in a nearby lagoon.

The walk to the beach was pretty fun, although it's a bit long. You sign in at the beginning of the trail and make sure you bring water and snacks. The walk took us about 30 mins, although the guy at the entrance said it takes 45mins. On the walk, we saw a few finch nests, iguanas everywhere, and the... More

We spent an afternoon at this beach and it is very scenic-able to photograph flamingos on the way to the beach as well as many finches etc. The beach was great for swimming with a nice sandy bottom and warm water. No facilities here but a great visit with a very nice scenic pathway leading to the beach.

The view from the beach is spectacular. You can also camp here. The problem is there is only one tree and that provides all the shade for anyone visiting. People tend to crowd under it. Don't bring you snorkeling equipment. Not a good place to snorkel. A place on the beach rents out kayaks.

Get a cab to drop you here and arrange a time to be picked up. None of our drivers asked for money before they got us back. It is a beautiful beach, but very few people there as it is out of town. Good for tranquility. It is national park so register when you arrive, and it has a toilet.... More

Great variety of food with good complexity to it! Mojitos were the best I ever had. Not to mention get a Cuban after dinner to enjoy walking down to the Malecon.
