What a disappointment !
We were in vacations in Sharm el Sheikh looking for an aquapark (apparently the only one of the area). When we arrived at the main entrance, we expected to pay the same price as egyptian guests - 200 pounds, but they told us with a big smile that for us it will be 400 pounds for each... So we didn’t go.
Is this your customer policy, Cleopark ?What a shame.
So if you are from another country i don’t recommend this place at all. However, if you are a student in business this place is a good example of what you shouldn’t do about price policy.

I was there on 12/31/2022. It was horrible.. dozens of people entered without tickets. They didn't follow any rules. They played drums noisily and asked people for money. They followed everyone in a scary way. The kids area and the slides were in a mess because of them. I wish you review your cameras to know who are they? Does the owner have any idea about what is happening?!

The hotel we were staying at was just down the road, so as part of our all inclusive package tickets for this water park was included. Once in the park it was clear to see the park was very run down. There were only 5 slides open despite the map showing many more (22 slides and pools). The wave pool was not filled up the the fill lines and the wave machine was never switched on. The lazy river was also dried up. There was nowhere to buy food or drink.
I am not one to write reviews but if I can protect someone else's safety then I feel I must. My partner and I went on the 'snake terror' slide in the center of the park, as shown in the picture. On the first part of the slide our float must have got stuck on something and it flipped us and left me unconscious. Due to the nature of the slide, there were lifeguards who watched this happen from above and did not help. Whilst unconscious my head scraped along the bottom on the slide and left me with visible injury. Luckily after around 30 seconds I regained consciousness and was able to get myself down and off the slide.
No lifeguard went to see if I was okay and they simply gave a thumbs up to my partner. This park is not safe at all. Pre-COVID it looks like it should have been a nice place as pictures from 2018 show but now it is far from and dangerous.

The watetpark is open until 4pm. On the day of the visit we arrived at 12:30pm, paid at the gate and got in. At 1pm all slides were turned off for an hour, because the staff had lunch. When we asked about this, they said the taxi driver who brought us, should have told us about the 1h pause. Even after the lunch was over, around half of the slides didn't work. No waves in the wave pool, lazy river was dry. Grass was not mowed in many places. Everything was tired and worn out. There were no bars open, nowhere to get any food or drinks.
Staff was friendly, that was the only positive side to the place.

Firstly let me just of by saying if you want a good time at a water park do not go here!
Me and my partner have recently got back after staying in sharm!
We stayed at the club magic life hotel (Fantastic couldn't fault)
As we are both 20 and money is tight for us both we thought we would treat ourselves to the excursions that thomson was offering for this water park (£39 all inclusive sunbeds food and drinks and lots of water guns) we thought brilliant seems worth it for the price.
We woke up on the morning after getting excited to go (i love water parks) got on the bus with a couple we met on holiday and proceeded to the park.
As we arrived after going around what i can only call a bomb sight place was a mess certainly not the place you would have 'the best' water park in sharm. We saw no slides or any form of water park as we climb further up the hill (mountain) and were getting disappointed by the second. we thought we would give it a chance as it was on a hill and the rides would be down the slopes.
We arrived got of the coach and proceeded to the entrance, a big black stamp was wacked across our hand. (so hard to get off) and we saw a lovely water fountain and statues of gods and fahros which was pretty cool.
After being shown the 'thomson' area which was disgusting the park gradually got worse the further you went in to it. Stones broken glass and some old rubbish seats.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 'HOURS OF FUN YOU CAN HAVE' we did the whole park in 30 mins rides not safe no staff speak English and they dont even measure small children before they went on.
The first ride was the rides in the pyramid my boyferiend got stuck and had to shuffle down himself along with our friend. The wave pool broken tiles cut my toes.
let me get to the fantastic park.
The 'crazy' river. One thing about this it is not safe in the slightest.
I asked a member of staff what time the ride opened he didn't speak English so removed the metal chain and shooed us on to what looked like a ride that hadn't been used in 30 years. as we grabbed our rubber ring to get on the life guard who was not present (none of the rides had them) shouted at us to get off so we did.
Then he puts some jets off and sent ruffly 20 of us down. me and my friend were there first to get on and well......as we hit the second 'pool' because the water was so shallow and so badly maintained we both flipped out the rings causing myself to rack my head open against the floor (it was that shallow) and my friend also hit his head but because the life guard had sent so many people down about 15 people fell on top of us and struggled to get up before some pulled us up and noticed blood dripping down my neck. as the 'ride' continued my head was getting a lot worse and i was getting more sleepy. There was no current to pull anybody along so 4 men had to get out and pull all the people along cutting there feet and treading on god only knows what. When we got of the river in the end i went straight to my tour guide who did sort things out in the end apart from the fact he tried to make me sleep which isnt good with a head trauma and tried to make us stay for lunch we all refused the 4 of us and wanted to go back and see the doctor he agreed and said a taxi for 4 will be here soon but as we were waiting another couple from a different hotel asked to go home aswell so we did but we had to pay for it ourselves!! which is completely stupid and we got back to our hotel got checked out by the doctor and carried on our day back the hotel as the day carried on we noticed more and more people from the park back at our hotel as we got talking to about 7 people around the pool we found out that 5 of them had been electrocuted in the restaurant just by picking up some tongs! completely mad and after we complained the the thomson reps they didnt offer us our money back all in all the day cost us £110 after paying for the taxi home for the 1 hour we spent at the park. We are now in a debate with thomson to get our money back for the whole thing! Highly doubtful we will but i wont give up! DO NOT VISIT THIS PARK IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT A FIRST AIDER WAS!! NO HEALTH AND SAFETY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL PROBABLY GET HURT WHILE YOU ARE THERE AND SPEND THE REST OF YOUR HOLIDAY STRESSING.
P.S THERE IS ANOTHER WATER PARK IN SHARM WHICH IS MUCH BETTER BUT THOMSON WONT TELL YOU ABOUT THIS AS THEY MAKE TO MUCH COMMISSION ON SENDING YOU HERE.
I know this is an essay but it really is a good warning.

Cleo Park is the worst water park I have ever seen. I went with my kids and what a shock it was:
• The water pumps are not working or not fully turned on (I guess they want to save on their electric bills).
• They only have few games, poorly designed and all are poorly maintained.
• The water was overly chlorinated which burned our skin.
The slides for adults are horrible:
• They had staff members standing within the "Water Fall -- Lazy River" game to push the customers at 3 points since they didn't want to use the water pumps, this game has the roughest sides we came out all with cuts and bruises.
• Most people kept on getting stuck on the games for adults, since the water level was so low, so we crawled or walked within the games instead of pleasantly sliding through.
• The poor design of the games meant that every slide you try equals an injury.
Within an hour of our stay there, the kids started asking us to leave this horrible place and go back to the hotel. It is the first time I see kids asking and demanding to leave a water park. In total, we stayed there for one hour and twenty minutes, but the pain, bruises and cuts stayed with us for the remainder of our stay at Sharm Al-Sheik. But after all, nothing prepares you for that sad, disappointed look in your kids' eyes. I wish that Cleo Park closes dawn, or that they change the name from Cleo Park to Cleo Torture Chamber.
My advice is, not to go there and not believe the sales rep, nor the web site or brochures of Cleo Park.

This water park was recommended by Thomas Cook so we booked before we left ... After 45 min my 3 children wanted to go back to the hotel !!! Complete waste of time and money ... We complained to Thomas Cook When we returned home and I have just received an email from attraction world ( that's who Thomas Cook book through) and they have said that they have sent 178 people so far this year and not received a complaint like this yet... Well clearly they do not go on trip advisor as it seems we are all saying the same thing!!!! Apparently as a gesture of good will I can have a 25% refund !!!! How disappointing!!!! Shall be going into branch to speak in person with Thomas Cook and show them these reviews ... We can't all be wrong !!!
For anyone who wants to book a water park the Thomas Cook rep in sharm told me they highly recommend aqua blue ....guests at the hotel also recommended Aqua Blue too. Hope this helps .

this is the worst mistake we ever made. family of three and it cost us nearly £70 sterling. some rides were closed, and dangerous falling apart, not enough staff, bleak, totally rude staff, and NO LIFEGUARD on the main wave pool. we saw him for about 5 minutes sitting there then he disappeared for the next 90 minutes while we were there. complained to management - they just ignored us. DO NOT GO DO NOT GO.

Cleo park was terrible. Do not go!
We had been to the aqua park at the Aqua Blu Pikalbatros which was fantastic and after being shown the brochure for Celo Park we thought we'd give it a try. We wished we hadn't though!
We were dropped off there for the day but soon realised that the brochure had been quite inventive... there were only about 5 slides in total, and one of them had such large joins that everyone was coming off with bleeding scratches on their spines. There was rubbish everywhere and feces on the walls of the toilets. For a couple of slides you needed a rubber ring and these were mostly deflated. The ones that were pumped up were generally kept by the people who found them. Being Egypt the floor was very hot but unlike any waterpark I've been to before there weren't mats etc on the floor and so after leaving your flipflops at the stairs, you then had to run over the hot ground for a few minutes before you were reunited with them.
Having already paid we intended to stay for the whole day but left after an hour having gone on everything twice and got a taxi back to our hotel.
We flew home the next day and both got very sick, and judging by the state of the facilities (including the toilets...) it seems like it came from this disgusting water park!
