If you are young or athletic visiting all three falls would be a very nice hour long hike. However we opted to stop and swim in the cook water of only the first fall.

Loved the cool fresh water that reminded me of my childhood. There were a few locals taking impressive dives off of the rocks, but it was remote, peaceful, and very few people.

This is a stunning waterfall the walk to it is easy and takes about 10 minutes. However for my fj$30. Per person entry. I would think that almost 18 months after the cyclone they could fix the little bridge over the river.

Definitely take the time to do this tour. The second waterfall is a bit of an uphill hike, so be prepared. But you'll be thankful you did it.

Although we did not reach the upper falls - the walk sounded to be difficult for the older generation - we enjoyed the ride out and the short walk to the pool. This pool is well set up with a changing room and easy entry...More
