Black sand beach. If u compare this one with other beaches of daman, then this is the best one. But if u compare with Goa beaches, it would be worst. Though I must say, I was pleasantly surprised this time as I was comparing with my experience of the beach 5 years earlier, the beach is way more clean this... More

Supposed to be one of the cleaner beaches with basic chairs linedup under a shaded area for visitors to chillout, but was dissapointed. Good enough for a short family outing for Horse riding, horse cart and nariyal paani(coconut water) There is a photographer who clicks photos @ 30 and the quality was pretty good.

There are only two beaches in Daman - Devka and Jampore. The first has a lot of rocks near the coast which has ensured that the entire beach is replete with small stones. Surprisingly there is no sand on that beach. The other beach i.e. Jampore is free from rocks and therefore the only real option for those looking for... More

Hello All, I just went to this place.. it's ugly as hell. Black water, muddy sand, no good waves even in high tide. And the worst part is the local people, specifically the beach shacks/shop owners. They are so rude, only few things they would sell it to you that's already prepared. Also me and my wife wanted to have... More

We went there on a weekday morning hence it was sparsely crowded and even the shacks were mostly empty. We found the beach quite clean and the shacks served good seafood like prawns and pomfrets along with some booze. There were some water sports too available. Loved to spend some good time there. In the evenings there is good crowd... More

The Jampore beach was pretty pathetic and had nothing to offer, not even a good view. There were a few shacks serving alcohol and that was it. The water wasnt clean either rendering this place pretty useless and a waste of time. We hardly spent 5 minutes here

Its palm shape beach where sea foods are available. Good for family as water sports are available. Always crowded and avoid during night as people come here after drinking lots of alcohol.
