We have the pleasure of seeing this beautiful place. A serene place on bank of River Sabarmati. We got a close view of the place where Mahatma spent a long years. Specially after visiting Kirti Mandir at Porbandar we were thrilled to see this place.

This ashram is situated on the bank of river sabarmati. Very nice and peaceful place. Here you can view some of the collection of gandhiji. Very nice place once to visit who follow the mahatma gandhiji.

Most of the places in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar have no fees.You can visit many temples & places of interest by engaging a Cab for 8-10 hours. It costs around Rs 1800 for 8 Hours & 2200 for 10 hours. Vintage Car museum charges... More

I did not see any guides like other attractions, but there are interpreters at certain locations throughout the attraction that will explain some parts to you . They are dressed in white and I used one to explain the model... More

The visiting hours are 8.30 am to 6.30 pm. 2 hours would be more than enough to visit the place.
