Must visit, given the historical prominence of the ashram. It is not just Mahatma's home, but also has rooms for Acharya Vinoba Bhave and others. Great opportunity to visualize Mahatma's life!

This was a fabulous place to learn about Gandhi and his life. Just amazing. It would have been nice to get to the Sabarmati waterfront right away but it was blocked off that as it is not yet complete.

It starts after sunset. When I was there first show was starting at 6:45pm and 3rd (last) show was at 8:45pm. I was told by security guards that normally there are two shows.
