Informative, attractive and an oasis of calm.

Fascinating, clear displays covering the history and philosophy of the great man. In the middle of the chaos and bustle of the city this is a wonderful quiet, peaceful spot.

A serene and beautiful location of the Ashram on the banks of Sabarmati is a tribute to the Mahatma... Father of the Nation. Life and tribulations of the Mahatma is captured and exhibited in a photo gallery. The collection is vast and very informative. It serves as an inspiration to the visitors and acquaints us with the "Freedom Struggle" which... More

Awesome serenity and peace. The great Mahatma's spirit is still palpable. The interpretive display was well done and the grounds tidy. Self-guided, if you take your smartphone, there is a program you can listen to whilst there.

When there's a lot of places dedicated to a single person, it becomes hard to maintain them all. We all know who great Gandhiji was, but the thing there're a lot of places dedicated to him. It's good to have such place, but the over exposure sometimes makes it boring. The same thing applies to it. Although it is good,... More

Every Indian would love to visit this place which brings the memories of India's independence struggle and the prime role played by our dear BAPU- Mahatma Gandhi. A very simple place, just how Balu was showcases Bapus life and his fight against the British through Photogrphas and various other memorablia displayed there. Very important for the youth to know the... More
