This is a very busy place where the locals shop and if you are hunting for a bargain, head towards this. You have to bargain at everything and even then although cheaper than other shops, you always end up paying more. Beware of pick pockets but it is an experience in itself

Across cramped spaces of ancient ahmedabad is market which mainly operates till 9 pm. Gujrati shoes, dupatta, kurta, dresses, accessories make it ideal for street shopping. Lack of good eateries, marking etc make it difficult to navigate. Must visit for tourist tho

The Teen Darwaza is a triple arched gateway and one of the many city gates of Ahmedabad when it was fortified with a wall. The Teen Darwaza guards the eastern entrance of Bhadra Fort and was built in the early 15th century when Ahmad Shah moved the capital of the Muzaffarid dynasty to the newly built city of Ahmedabad.

Teen Darwaza is a nice landmark of the city, especially as it appears on the crest of the municipal corporation of the city.

If you want to expereince the streets of amdavad and the crowd of amdavad.. this is the place to be... the city center where you get lots of food and shopping for everyone be it your handkerchief to your utensils.... dont forget to rush or else people will carry you along with them... too crowded.. dont go by car or else it will be a nightmare... dont expect an inch of parking space.... overall good for outsiders to have a feel of ahmedbad

The teen Darwaza area has an old gate fo Mughal empire area. You can still look at the architecture and how small bricks were used to build it without any automatic system and technology. The are has a great wholesale market in every product. Best to do shopping

This place is historical monument in old Ahmedabad. It has three doors for entry and exit dates back to 15 th century. This place is heavily crowded by local stalls and hawkers. Nothing a clean place and always crowded. Not on tourist map.

Teen Darwaza is home to famous things like Bhatiyar Gali (for non veg food), street shopping, heavy bargaining, too much crowd, etc.

Teen Darwaza is located near Lal Darwaza area and is at a walking distance if you are coming from Lal Darwaza, Pankornaka (Relief Road).

This place is home to Ahmedabad's largest street side shopping and also has other nearby attractions like Jama Masjid. Prices here are quoted almost three to four times, so if something actually costs Rs. 100, you can expect the street side shop owners to quote you Rs. 400 / 500 for the same. Hence you have to bargain really a lot to get a good price.

As a word of caution, this place is very heavily crowded and pocket pickers, thieves are a regular occasion hence be careful of your belongings when walking the streets here.
