Situated near the Mall Road, this monastery screams Peace. A must visit to see the wonderfully crafted interiors and Lord Buddha idol, a place with serenity and grace!

Gadhan Thekchhokling Gompa is a famous monastery located near the mall road in Manali. We can see lot of buildings all over. The crowd will be usually less.

The monastery is situated very close to Mall road and opposite Van Vihar entrance. It is quite peaceful in the midst of the crowded Mall road and center of Manali. I visited twice just because I had some spare time. The idols inside are beautiful....More

The paintings on the wall are incredible and the place is very peacefull. Instead of sitting in mall road i would recomend to sit in this area for peace and beauty it holds.
