This place was recommended to us as a must to visit attractions in Manali. Apart from the architecture and the spectacular view there is not much to look forward to.

We liked our visit to Naggar Castle as there was holi celebration going on with local folk dance and song. We njoyed it alot. Castle is overall okay to visit. You might like it if you have interest in architecture.

Nothing much is there in castle. 40 km from manali. Town situated in b/w of mountain. One should go only of planning to stay there for a day for calmness. Not good for sightseeing

Visit Naggar Castle on the way to Manikaran. Very nice old building made from logs and woods. Very nice surroundings especially now on winter time.

Its far from Manali and terrible road. Best avoided and better to spend time with other activities in Manali or Solany Valley.
