We went in a season where there were hardly any flowers so hard to give a great review. In general however found the maintenance poor and nothing really stood out (no great city views either).

In winter, you see snow all around. No flowers, not many leaves and abundance of snow. This small garden has a natural water spring in it. I tasted the water from the spring. It's sweet and pure!!! One should definitely plan to visit this small but beautiful garden in Srinagar and taste the spring water. It's rare to find such... More

We visited this place during the ice cold month of jan when it was filled with snow which provided a different view altogether However, the real treat of visiting this would be in March to May when it really blooms with different flowers with a good scenic view to complement

Chashmeshahi gardens also called as Mughal Gardens, is a sad reflection of the past. Nothing to see and admire, as the gardens are poorly maintained and yes, they were famous once, and not any more.
