Mughal Garden, near dal lake, is a must visit place in Srinagar, Garden is well Maintained. Entrance fee is Rs. 20/-, Nice one to visit during evenings. Even though no flower varieties are available in this season, we enjoyed.

Delightful gardens not far outside Srinagar itself. Magnificent selection of plants and flowers, together with a water feature. Reasonable admission charge as with all gardens of 20 Rupees, and the same price for nationals and foreigners alike. Well worth a visit.

I don't remember off hand. Can be found online quite easily. It should be 10 to 630 at least.
