Covered with white snow

This was the only lake which was covered with white snow during our visit in Srinagar. Himalayan mountains were nicely snow capped.

This is a pretty lake, located about 30 km from the main town of Srinagar. We visited this place on our route back from Sonmarg. We have been here because there was too much snow in Sonamarg. This lake is about 1 hr from Srinagar. It is also not as large as dal lake but the waters are clean. Have a nice time here.

Manasbal Lake is very nice lake. Water was very cold as it was sorrounded by snow caped mountains. During sunset the view of the sun was watchable.
