Erstwhile South Parade is Bangalore’s shopping and entertainment hub, along with nearby Brigade Road, Church Street and Commercial Street. Old-timers reminisce fondly about the grand avenue this once was. Many old landmarks have been torn down to make way for characterless glass buildings. The metro running over the road proved to be the proverbial nail in the coffin for MG Road’s beauty. Thankfully, some of the vibe still survives. Walk along and enjoy a few gems that survived the massacre.

It is a must visit spot as one can find all items from a pin to luxury Cars. Prior to Metro work it was a well maintained Road but now it is congested as one has to wait for 3 signals to cross the street.

This is the most happening place in Bangalore. If you are planning to hangout with friends or in a party mood, then this would be the first place to consider with lots of pubs, restaurants and shopping around.

Famous for shopping and pub/night clubs. Parking is a gamble here. It has a metro station also in the same name.
