To comment about this Road is to comment about the city as well, as many interesting places dot its sides. It was a pity not to be able to visit the interior of the Keralan Gov Building, an architectural feat in itself. But the religious places within walking distance from each other are a meaningful remainder of how diverse a... More

Mahatma Gandhi Road is the main shopping district in Trivandrum. We found excellent shopping. In particular we were very happy with our shopping in Jayalaxmi, a high end garment shop

It is the main road running through the heart of Trivandrum City. The road is busy and has shops or govt buildings or business establishments on both sides of the road.

A very very busy road starting from East Fort going towards the Statue. This road houses many small shops , small malls, Chalai bazaar (off MG Road), the upcoming and now popular department store called Pothys. Various little local restaurants dotted here and there (not very upmarket) & Ganapathy temple. It's almost always very busy with road traffic with private... More

The MG Road -H.W is very popular among the motorists for the clean pot hole free roads , 4 way lanes and the ideal sign boards on the turnings . One can have a trouble free ride on the MG Road due to upkeeping of the roads . This road connects Trivandrum to Kottayam and almost all the long distance... More

Few malls, street book stores and textile shops. Do not come to trivandrum for shopping. This is the major shopping area of the town though it has only few good quality shops around here. in qrs mall and its surroundings is where to check for that. Trivendrum is good for only medication perhaps. Down the street there is pothys where... More
