Clean beach which has an unforgettable view from the Cliff. The walkway on the tip of the cliff is amazing and the restaurants on the cliff are serving wonderful food in amazing ambiance.

This is one of the different beaches where we need to get down the cliff to reach the beach. Beach is clean and neat and life guards were always had an eye and it is safe. All shacks restaurants are on the cliff.

The view from the cliffs to toes in the sand these beaches are stunning, but the strength of the waves and the riptide are not to be taken lightly.

It's a cliff overlooking the sea. Dotted with cafe and homestays ,the beech is said to have special properties owing to being mineral rich. As u move away from cliff beach has black /dark sand .

Go early mornings when its not very crowded. Avoid on weekends. Go to the helipad and black beach areas. The main beach area is where Hindu rituals for ancestors are done. It's very pleasant in the evenings. On weekends professionals from cities flow in.

It's Ok but we were expecting more after all we had read about Varkala and Kerala. The steps/path down the cliff to the beach was very dirty and at the bottom litter everywhere.

yes, it is possible to get beer in most restaurants but you will have to hide the bottles under the table or you get tje beer served in a tea pot. restaurants who serve virgin mohitos usually can upgrade to a proper one 😉
