This temple dates back to the 7th Century A.D. It was awesome to see beautiful, detailed carvings. The surroundings were clean and peaceful. There are no guides available on site. Hire a guide for the day and visit several places or do a package to best appreciate the history and architecture of Odishan temples.

This complex that houses the Mukteshwar and the Parashurameswar is a must-do in Bhubaneswar. The splendid stone thoran in front of the Mukteswar temple, speaks poetry.. Definitely one of a kind. Can spend an hour there.

We visited the temple and liked it. It requires some work to be done however it was fairly clean. Gardens were good.
