Beautiful building

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the palace . The views over the lake and city are stunning and the building very interesting. Get a guide - it makes it much more interesting.

Entry charges are slightly exorbitant, get to see the luxury in which royal family used to live, the protection mechanism etc

Interesting palace and accompanying museum which has a number of interesting stories and different areas added by different kings, which have their own unique style.

Udaipur City Palace is not to be missed! Allow enough time to explore all the magnificent rooms. The crystal display is probably the most magnificent display of its kind in the world with an interesting story behind it. Use a local guide to get the most out of the visit.

The palace is the main attraction in udaipur. The interiors are very well maintained n clean. The entry is Lil expensive n also u need to pay additional for camera..the palace has a museum.u cn see entire city side from top &lake pichola from one side. The current prince still stays in part of palace which is prohibited for tourist.
