    Really amazing experience
At first you are introduced into small hallway where you can see craftsmen working, and you get the explanation and history of this craft. The shop it self is way larger and has a lot of unique products. The sellers are honest and arent pushy at all. Quality of the products is really amazing and the work is very precise. Not only that but they can also send you breakable items directly to your home, which is very convinient and also reliable, as all the items we ordered were completly intact when they arived. We can 100% recomend this shop.

    Wonderful Marble Artistry
Ramesh Chandra provided a beautiful tour of the Shivnath & Company workshop and showroom. They walked me through the process of making the marble, crystal, mosaic pieces and shared the history of this art. Ramesh was a wonderful host with a plethora of knowledge. Wonderful business and workmanship.

    Very beautiful shop
One of the shops which a tour guide takes you to and this is a beautiful one. Given a show of how the marble is shaped for casting. We were then taken through to the display room which was impressive. The children played chess whilst we enjoyed a chai and some of the products. Purchased some lovely products and left happy. Thank you.

    Amazing experience
Amazing experience, hand made pieces made from the same stones as the historic Taj Mahal. These are unbelievably impressive and include bespoke dining tables inlayed with precious stones from all around the globe. Mr Khan made us feel at home with chai as we perused the variety of hand crafted items he had to show us.

    arts and craft
Ramesh showed us how these beautiful marvel objects are made und told us about the history and the craft of this art (inspired by the walls of Taj Mahal). We saw a lot of beautiful pieces in a good enlighten showroom. Very nice service and introductory. You can engrave your massage in the marvel and ship it all around the world.

An experience that literally lasts forever
I came here as part of a tour and I couldn't be more grateful. Mr Khan showed me how they manufacture and work with the marble and also let me try. After that he showed me all the products they manufacture and I bought 2 cute elephants that will be shipped. Things are really inexpensive, taking into account the labour put into them and the fact that they literally last as long as the Taj Mahal itself. It's a really wonderful experience that I would really recommend everyone, even if you decide to not buy anything. But again, they have things for as less as 20€ and they will last forever

    Best place in Agra!
We had the most magical experience visiting this wonderful handcraft museum, the pieces they offer are spectacular and show the fine work that goes into creating them. Mr Khan has been fantastic and I recommend anyone visiting Agra to make this their first stop! Thanks Mr Khan and team!

We were brought here by our tour guide, no doubt to earn their commission. We purchased a marble slab with gemstone inlay after being aggressively pressurised into making a major purchase even when we wanted to make a couple of small purchases of our own goodwill. We dealt with a person named Mr Khan by the way.

They charged us 21000 INR for a twelve inch marble slab, when we have seen other reviews here of people purchasing the same sized slab for 8000 INR.

I’m sure the shop will reply to this review claiming that the price is not based on the size of the marble slab but on the design. However, the simplest design offered to us was 18000 INR. They were either purposely forcing us into more expensive designs or charging us more than double just because we are tourists.

The worst part of it all, was that the quality of the marble was an absolute lie. They made tall claims of how the marble was extremely durable and demonstrated examples (using a different slab) of it being unscratchable and unbreakable.

However, the moment we unwrapped our slab, we could clearly see it was damaged. When we contacted them about it, they refused to reply or take responsibility. It has been over a month and they have refused to reply to our numerous emails.

It’s hard to believe that the quality of marble they are selling is the same as the ‘test’ slabs they use for their demonstrations. Please be very cautious about purchasing anything here.

This was the biggest regret of a purchase we made in our whole trip.

Saw the same work of marbles being sold at half the price of what I paid. Moreover, after I agreed to buy the product I was brought to see other pieces while they packed. They did not give me a new set. Now that I've checked. They gave me the dummy pieces with all scratch marks at the back which they used to show that it's "scratch proof". I've seen legit pieces of marble before and Im not certain this is 100% authentic. Spent alot here. Really hate all the touristy gift shops in India, just fooling us of money..but that's where they bring us to if you join a tour.

We visited the shop early evening, the owner Nadeem was very kind and explained the intricate process of inlaying stones.
He was very kind and did not try to pressurize sales, chai masala was nice and good to see real handicrafts and an ancient craft.

I was told before purchasing an expensive chess set that shipping on all items over 5kgs would be covered and the set would be shipped directly to the US. After I purchased the set I was told that the set was under 5kgs and so not covered. The board is large and I wasn’t able to fit it into my back pack or suitcase so I decided to send it to the US through DHL. When the package was weighed at DHL they told me the weight was 6.6kg. It cost me more to ship the box are than the chess set itself.

I never would have purchased the set if I was told the truth originally which was that I would need to ship it myself. This place is a scam.

First of all, it is the place where the so-called cab drivers bring people to see the handicrafts. The owner (or maybe just a salesman) has a good gift of persuasion and knows how to push a product. Works well with objections. A very good psychologist. I'm not sure how authentic the merchandise is as they give it away. I would avoid this store as well as other stores with overpriced and also low quality "national goods".
