Our trip with Febri’s Bali Tour was amazing! 💯 The itinerary has been carefully planned, and we really enjoyed our tour guide Evi’s company! She definitely made our Bali trip more memorable. First day tour around Ubud, we visited painting & silvery & batik places, suitable for those who wish to understand Balinese culture more as well as getting a few souvenirs for family and friends. After that, we visited almost all of the popular tourist spots such as Tegenungan Waterfall, rice terrace, Pura Tirtha Empul etc. We also had an amazing dinner at Teba Sari, the food and service were superb! 😃 Not to mention, the amazing greenery while we enjoy our food. We also visited quite a few temples, love the architecture and history!
After the 2 days tour with Evi, we decided to add another day around Kuta-Jimbaran area, the tour was good as usual but we feel like the sunset dinner restaurant in Jimbaran was slightly below expectation.☹️ The food served was already cold and some overcooked, plus very overpriced. Hence, we find the dinner pretty disappointing. We did enjoy the sunset view of course, but it would have been better if the food was good hahahahaha. Hopefully Febri can consider other seafood restaurants to bring tourists to next time.
Car, a seven seater Suzuki, was very comfortable for a group of 4 excluding our driver and tour guide. We find the price of this tour very reasonable, highly recommended! You can’t really get to many places and explore Bali fully without a tour/car, hence if you’re on a family trip, we highly encourage you to consider getting a local tour, for instance, Febri's Bali Tour!

Our Bali family trip was amazing with Febri's tour, with his great job organizing our Bali itinerary.
The pretty tour guide Ms Evi was kind, caring & friendly. She took good care of us especially my 7yrs old daughter. She loves & miss Ms Evi so much...
Once again a BIG THANK to your team, Mr Febri, tour guide Ms Evi, & the gentleman driver.
I would definitely recommend Febri's tour to those who are planning for Bali trip.

Our Bali trip was amazing! Mr. Febri did a great job organizing the tour in Bali, The tour guide Ms. Evi was so kind and friendly and did a great job in making our trip exciting! I would definitely recommend to contact Mr Febri for Bali travel needs!

Just returned from Bali and had a wonderful visit, thanks to Febri’s! Made, an excellent Guide, a good vehicle and a good driver helped us experience Bali. Febri’s personal attention and professional approach provided a peace of mind. Had just coordinated over phone and all the deliverables were as promised.

Perhaps it's good that if your tour guide is Febri himself, but not so if it's other.
First of all, you need to make sure they understand your request, because not all of them understand/speak good English, especially if the tour guide is not Febri.
Make sure they book ahead for your activities. For some activities it's better to book for yourself, as they might not know which provider is the best for you.
Make sure they give you a detailed plan in temporal order, as listing out your place of interests in point form doesn't mean it's chronological. But this could be arguable.
And make sure you do some research of the restaurant, I was advised against to consume roadside food, however the restaurant I was brought to have dubious sanitary standard also, ie, flies everywhere, table and coaster seem not regularly cleaned. Make sure they understand your sanitary standard and concern.
And also remind them you need to eat lunch, because if you don't raise it up, they consider you don't have to. And also remind them to go to restaurant that has reasonable price and portion per serving, if you don't want to have price shock and have enough food to eat.

My partner and I went on a holiday to Bali in January 2013. Febri picked us up from the airport and had ice cold Bintang waiting for us in the van. His English is very good so asking Febri about tours and general Bali lifestyle was easy. Asking Febri about attractions was easy, he was prompt with getting onto locals for great deals and organised transport in every circumstance, we went rafting, to water sports and a personal tour to the monkey forest and some art galleries. Febri will be our first call for every trip we go to Bali and our recommendation to all friends and family travelling to Bali. Thanks Febri. We look forward to seeing you next time!!! Dan and Simone

The correspondence leading up to our 3 days of tours was very good, concise and simply laid out. However the execution of our agreed expectations was not good. Notably we had a day of fishing and snorkeling laid out and after being picked up at 5 am to drive to Nusa Dua, we arrived to no boat present. Many reasons being late due to low tide, no gas, no government gas transfer etc. After 1.5 hours I had enough and asked to be taken back to hotel. There was no follow up to fix the problem, no solution of rebooking, just " we're sorry, etc, etc. and move on. This was one of our main focus points of the trip that did not materialize. Reasons in writing and in person was that it was a new company they were using. Well, so what?, what did they do to correct it?
Second point of execution failure was our pickup to from the hotel to the airport at 12:30pm. This didn't happen, no call to hotel on being late and we had to arrange with hotel to take us (45 min ride) to airport. Our follow-up after with this company was that the car left at 11:30 am and was stuck in traffic etc. etc. Interesting that final payment was given the day before (which included the ride to the airport) but the ride didn't materialize.
The tour company needs to understand that just shrugging shoulders and saying sorry etc doesn't cut it. To improve they need to be working on the alternatives and options vs the "oh well" we know how you feel etc etc. Actions, not words are better.
As for the guide, Maddi was informative and very good details on locations, however I suggest that work out at the outset the length of discussion and detail on questions to allow the customers opportunity to digest and consider, otherwise long monologues are created. When I pointed this out to him as a suggestion to incorporate, he did not take well to the suggestion as my wife was watching him "shoo" out the evil spirits from the car after I discussed this with him. (many discussions from Maddi on evil spirits which became tedious after a while). however he did course correct during the second day and was more engaging with us vs monologuing his way through the tour.
The driver is excellent and efficient and highly recommended.
Overall I gave an average score with qualifiers. The sites were great, the traffic was not, the followup on issues was poor with no solutions. Very disappointing for part of our trip. Next time we let the hotel arrange our tours. Steve Little

Febri and his team is very professional and fun to hang-out with. Because it is our 1st time in Bali, they provided good tips to look out for even when we are doing free and easy. Well spoken English.

Hi were are planning to go to Bali for 5 days this April 2019, and its our first time and we like to visit the different temples,hot spring, a lagoon beach and shop at markets for best soevenirs can you suggest a cheap hotels with pools and free breakfast and how much would we spend for a packaged tour for that days can you give us adivice, quotation and etc.
