We have been past here many times and had our photos taken on the steps to the monument - your standard tourist stuff. This time our Balinese friends took us to accompany them (and many others) to exercise, they walk the square 3 rounds, almost every day. Everyone sweats a lot, even locals, and some wear coats in the heat,... More

See many activities in the park before, or after, you visit the Bajra Sandhi monument. By the way, the jogging track gives you 2.5 km in one round ;-)

It is a beautiful park where lots of activities can be done: jogging, walking, people watching, visiting the monument or the Bajra Sandhi Monument, posing in front of the " I am Bali" signage, etc. Note that 20,000 rupiahs are the entrance fee for the monument. The Square is FREE!

This is a very popular place for gatherings, relax, to stroll, jogging or for doing sports for the local Denpasarese... More

Our visit to Renon Square was really interesting. Firstly, the dioramas trace Balinese history in detail and are so lifelike and detailed. Secondly, the architecture is stunning! The view from the top is breath taking and the gardens are beautiful. You could spend all day here!
