I recently enjoyed a your Beach hopping tour in Kuta with Widi. What I appreciated is Widi asking questions to better understand my experience. He took me to Mengiat Beach based on my request and spent most of my time there and loved his recommendation. Personalized is what sets service levels apart - keep up the great work Widi !!!

Agung is elite. Very professional and hands down the best driver I have ever seen. He can easily navigate the chaotic streets of Bali. Had no problem maneuvering the huge Toyota Hiace around the narrowest streets. He took us to all the best spots and was very helpful in getting us safely to our villa. We wouldn’t have been able to without him. Great personality, very nice, and punctual. Hope to see him again soon.

Agung was our driver for a week and he was always nice and we had an amazing time. He brought us everywhere and some quite nice places. It’s our second time that we booked him and We will definitely book him again!!

Yesterday we went on tour with Agung Nama and he was simply wonderful! Ubud is a beautiful village and our driver Agus was so knowledgeable and helpful, told us lots of stories and gave us lots of tips. Unfortunately my partner fell ill after visiting the stunning waterfall, because of the heat but Agus was amazing and took us quickly to the hospital where he translated on our behalf. A short while later, we were on our way and he was feeling so much better. It takes more than a driver to be a great tourguide and Agung was THAT person. One of a kind!He sat with me while I was waiting and obviously so worried. Thank you once again for the amazing tour and for tour kindness and help Agung. East Bali Tours can be so proud of you. We also had an amazing guide, Danan from the same company yesterday that took us to the beautiful beaches and traditional dancing and it was an unforgettable day. Thank you again.

We had a 4 day tour plan organized for us by Mr Gusti from East Bali Tour. I had approached East Bali Tour few weeks before my travel to help plan day tour covering East, North, South Bali and Nusa Penida. I picked them based on the positive feedback I have found about them on the Internet. Within a few days, they shared a detailed plan with me. They were very collaborative in doing the necessary modifications as per my request. The trip cost was very clearly provided in advance.
Another very good thing that happened to us in the trip was our driver/guide Mr Widi. He was such a nice person, humble to heart and he acting as a guide, my family thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip. He came to pick us up from the Airport and while our flight got delayed, he patiently waited for us. He was always available on time and guided us across all the locations in Bali. I would strongly recommend Mr Widi based on all the good experiences we had.

A great Bali experience! The trip is super customizable as every group has their own driver. You never feel rushed and can take your time to soak in the beautiful views and cultures of Bali. A few locations were very far from our resort, so it’s nice to have a driver get you there as getting there by yourself would be difficult. Overall I had a great time at all the destinations and a great experience!!!
