You don’t actually do much pedalling, so if you’re worried about fitness you’ll actually be fine because mostly downhill! The guides are great & their knowledge of the area & culture is excellent & super interesting! The meal at the end was great too!

Biking down a volcano and seeing the beautiful villages we road by and the rice fields was energizing. The guides were so kind and had a great sense of humor. Then we were welcomed into their home for a delicious, healthy meal.
