I like waterfalls, but I wasn't very impressed to see this one. There are much better waterfalls in Thailand. Just another waterfall with lots of steps.

We visited Tegenungan waterfall recently after friends told us about the spectacular attraction. The waterfall is about an hour and half out of Kuta by car and you will need a driver. The entry fee is only about 40 cents Aust and prior to the...More

It's beautiful and nice to visit. Not so far from our villa in Seminyak area, about 1 hour drive. Use comfortable sandal cause will be down and up of hundred stairs. It's great to visit on hot season. Recommended.

Take a swimming suit because you can get right into the water. There are a lot of tourists so you may want to see the Kanto Lampo waterfall too. It is less developed so you must be able to climb but you can sit right...More

Upon arrival looks like a mad house. People trying to park, buses, vans, cars, motor bikes. Pay a fee to enter, pay fees for bathroom, water closet, toilet, head. Numerous vendors selling beer, drinks, juice, food. Everyone ask you to buy. A nice Waterfall but...More

nice to see the fall but it was bit busy. Entrance fee is 10k worth it. Not so nice for swimming- strong water and look dangerous

My husband and I hired a car for the day and tried to see as much of Ubud as possible, the drive up to and around Ubud was lovely anyway, nothing is far in kilometres but the roads are narrow and take a while to...More

Mesmerising view from the top but you need to walk the extra mile if you want to touch the water and can be arduous while climbing back. We enjoyed the view from the top slurping ice cream

I rented a scooter from my hostel and followed the map to the location. The water fall is beautiful and strong, you can have a nice dip there.

You certainly can, and I highly suggest it. It is a very short drive from Ubud and you will appreciate the waterfall so much more without the huge crowd. You can hire a driver to take you, or you may consider taking a... More
