This is worth it for the beautiful scenery & jungle alone. The monkeys are a bonus. Make sure you read the sign posted advice about how to interact with them. If one jumps on you don't touch it because they bite. One of our group got bites to the scalp (not too painful) when trying to shoe the monkey away

Worth a visit if you're in the area and like monkeys. Some nice walks too. Lots of monkeys. I need to write 100 characters apparently.

Was great to see an area dedicated to wildlife in such a busy area. There are monkeys everywhere, we watched them grooming, playing , feeding, fighting, jumping in the water. But keep your eye on them as they can be sneaky, one took a liking to my dress and we had a small game of tug of war and another... More

Such and amazing time! Never seen anything like this before. Make sure to buy a small batch of bananas to feed to the monkeys. Pro tip: keep your hands out of your pockets!

If you are in Ubud it is worth a visit There are not as many monkeys as a couple of years ago and this is pleasant They don't attack you unless you threaten them

Incredibly beautiful. I'm very serious and conscious about responsible animal tourism, especially when travelling Asia. I did my research and the forest is seemingly true to the word "Sanctuary".

Brilliant day with the monkeys! The staff are brilliant! Good value for money and very clean. Do not bring your own food in as the monkeys will be after it.

This was a really fun experience and the setting was way better than I was expecting. The monkey are lots of fun and make for great picture taking. Yes, if you do dumb things you might have a bad experience but it will be your fault. More than one person I saw didn't seem to want to listen to what... More

The monkeys are everywhere, on the sidewalk, on the railings, hanging inches from your head in the trees. If you want to get up close and personal with monkeys there is no better experience. You need to be careful though, these guys aren't shy, they will jump on your back and go through your backpack. They are very adept at... More
