Travel to Bandung with Train

Travel easy to Bandung with train in executive class. Spacious, comfortable seat and clean whilst enjoying the view. With electric socket available. Spend the trip whilst working with laptop on the train without worrying about low battery.

Clean and efficient, a bit on the warm side in the waiting area

The station has really good infrastructure with an automated walkway to go "up and over" to access the exit on arrival, and to get to platforms for departures. Yay, no stairs! There are lots of food vendors (untried) and my husband praised the cleanliness of the restrooms. It's easy to get away from the station as "Bluebird Taxis" have a waiting area in the car park to the right of the departure exit.
It would be good to have an air-conditioned waiting area on the next upgrade. The current waiting area had a band busking when we were there.

Take the taxi outside

If you do not bring many bags. I suggest to take the taxi outside the rail station. You would safe the time because there is traffic jam inside the rail station area.

The old train station with some renovation

I appreciate the fact that there has been a lot of improvement done by the train company. The station needs to improve further with more coffee shops and souvenir varieties. The toilet is still well below Jakarta standard and the waiting room can use cooling fans too. I would also suggest to make free WiFi available through out the station and the train.

Glad to be back to my home town

Train is always be my choice when i go back to my home town Bandung. Once arrived at Bandung i feel like mellow ...Bandung train station has change a lots, More clean, Tidy,everything is much better than before. One thing that must be improve is the toilet , for me is too small ... it really need proper toilet like you are at Mall ..

The Station is decent, but the surrounding.....

Biggest station in Bandung, pretty good facilities, unfortunately, they don't have a locker room, and the toilet is bad, the road after the south exist is by far the worst. The north exit is better than the south one, but the pavement is used by street vendors to sell their product, and it is pretty hard to cross the road because of no crossing facility

Convenient and clean.

Bandung railway station is convenient and clean. The place is not that big. There are some opportunities for a drink or snack inside. Personally I prefer eating something at one of the kaki5 just outside the north parking entrance of the station.

Ah. This station is so nostalgic. I mostly always go to Bandung by train, and I like the *taste* of the building in my memory. Since I was a kid until now I could see tremendous improvement here and there.

Clean and Old Railway Station

Even though we could consider that this station is not a modern station, but you will amaze by the cleanliness of the toilet, the helpful officer, and any kind of food that you can taste or bring home as a gift.

A modern railway station

A very nice train station, represents Bandung in its own unique way. Has a very large waiting area in an open place. Children can see the trains come and go. Has a nice busking show on weekends (or maybe everyday). Passengers can get every information they need on the board and the updates of any train scheduled to arrive and depart on/from the station. There are ricket box to get the ticket directly as well as the ticketing machine for passengers to print the boarding pass by entering a booking code or simply scanning the barcode. Very simple and helpful! Very polite and helpful elderly staffs as well.
