Absolutely beautiful. Multi colour water and clean beaches with friendly creatures. Snorkeling was so-so as most of the corals nearby was dead and there are underwater threats in the form of crown-of-thorns. However the guides will ensure your safety.

I went to Pulau Pagang on January 2017 with my cousins and brother, 5 of us in total. We went there by boat from Pantai Bungus with one of the local tour guide Harri and another person. Along the way we stop by in Pulau Pamutusan which is also nice but I prefer Pulau Pagang better. We reached Pulau Pagang... More

Usually part of a day tour package from Padang. Pagang offers a huge white sand beach area where u can stay for a homestay or just few hours. The better option of swimming compared to Pamutusan island sitting just opposite to it. Limited options to buy food and drinks on the island so i would advise to bring your own... More

I visited this island as additional trip when I had a vacation on Cubadak island. This island actually has stunning beauty, with the white sand, beautiful waves, beautiful rock formations and so on. I hope the government or the locals will take care of the island better.

We come to this island from padang, about 1 hour from the city, and 30 min by motor boat. When we come, coincided with religous holiday so there's just a few people come. You can do beach activities like walking along the shore, just sit and relax, enjoying the view, banana boat (it's include with our package), snorkling. For snorkling,... More

Visited Pagang & Persumpahan in August 2016. The islands were scenic. I am just an average photographer, yet the photographs turned out to be very nice! But the coral were not as colorful as I expected. There is a light house about 15min from Bungus Beach. I was lucky enough to view a magnificent sunset there. I witnessed the sky... More

Favorite places and most memorable for me and my girlfriend are Pagang Island. Coral reefs are beautiful, and the sun is what we were hoping for sunbathing. I am in the Auxiliary by the innkeeper where we were staying and he is also the owner of the boat that is Sovia Lorent, we use his boat to heaven this.

If you want to go here, just use a packages that offered by many people from Carolina Beach, its cheap and worthy. Pagang is a nice place to swim but not to sleep, if you want to stay just go to Pasumpahan Island

The place is easy to be access from Bungus beach. White sand, nice spot for some water activities like snorkeling and banana boat. Family friendly. I saw some family bring their little kids around here. If you don't like to do some water activities, just sitting/lying on the sand won't hurt you (except if you don't like dogs, hehehe). Rest...
