There is not a whole lot to see other than a tunnel that was built about 1,000 years ago. Tunnel height is variable and sometimes adults need to crouch to get through. Not recommended for people who are claustrophobic.

Discover Templar heritage, feel time spirit. It's worth to take time to pass the tunnel. Especially recommended for people with good imagination Be ready that one entrance is equipped with elevator while the other is not I recommend to start from the entrance close to city centre, because it is amazing after such a way to get to the sea... Part of our combined Rosh HaNikra and Acco tickets. No information given during you walk thru the tunnel. You'll want to do some reading about it beforehand if you choose to go. You will need to stoop for some of it. Pretty skippable imho.

I had heard of Akka but didn't know about the magnificent tunnels under this ancient city. They are not just simple and narrow tunnels but are very impressive and majestic. They were discovered by chance in 1994 and were opened for visits in 2001. I would place them among 10 places that must be visited in the world.

Really just a tunnel but of historical interest. Not a lot else to say but suggest you read up on it before undertaking the walk through it.

It is impressive to walk through this only a few years ago discovered medieval tunnel system. It as built to have a safe water supply for the fortress that the templars had built in the time of their crusades.

It was very interesting place to visit. Kids were excited to walk through sometimes very narrow or low passages. Even our little one :)

It's just a walk in a tunnel. Really nothing to write home about. You walk for 5 minutes underground and it costs 15 nis...

Okay to see, incredible underground building, worth seeing if lots of time in acre. Buy combined ticket for best value so you can see citadel and museum too.

Without a tour guide it's literally just a tunnel for 300m, there are no signs telling you the history or anything about them.
