Jaffa's old city is definetly one of the must things you have to do while in Tel-Aviv. The streets of the old city are enchanting and the hole atmosphere is priceless. Walking there in the afternoon or evening is amazing. you can also sit in a restaurant and walk into galleries.

Jaffa Old City really is a nice place to walk around and discover the narrow streets, countless shops and nice restaurant. You'll also find flee markets there. Don't miss out to grab an ice cream and sit on a public bench on the Mifrats Shlomo Promenade where you have a really nice view over the beach and the skyline of... More

We enjoyed spending a half day touring Old Jaffa and the market there. The buildings, the people, the history, the walking tour, the market...all were very enjoyable. A must for anyone visiting Tel Aviv.

I walked up the beach/boardwalk from my hotel to the port of Jaffa. A nice walk, a wonderful way to people watch and a beautiful view of the old port city upon approach.

We missed the guided tour but there are signs and information boards everywhere so it didn't really matter. There are plenty of places to eat and drink and free, clean public loos around. The views from the park are great and the flea market is lots of fun to wander around. There are also loads of galleries and artists at... More

spent the day in Jaffa's Old City, walked through the flea market where we saw some excellent antique furniture, although without a car or truck, we could not buy anything, but wanted many things. Would definitely shop here if I had to decorate a home in Israel. Walked around and visited boutiques, galleries and shops. The whole area was very... More

Nicely reconstructed, so it seems artificial. Worth to plan to see the sunset from the steps near mosque. A couple of nice galleries with nice artistic jewellery

It's with a visit, but if there are too many bus tours that descend on it at once, it can be noisy and annoying. Maybe it's because we ran into just that situation with a couple of weddings added on while we were there. I'd recommend the freshly squeezed fruit juice stand in front of St Peter's Church.
