Probably the best beach on Seychelles main islands (didn't get to see Anse Georgette though because of the monopoly Constance Lemuria has on it and their blatant disregard of the law). Anyway, Anse Lazio is beautifully blue-green, with moderate to high waves and no stones. We took the mountain trip down there from Anse Kerlan, totally doable in about half... More

Praslin is an eye catching island blessed with beautiful beaches. If one is at Praslin, one has to visit this beautiful beach. It is recommended to drive to the beach (for experienced drivers) as driving to this location is fulfilling in itself. The beach offers stunning view and one can spend hours having fun or relaxing on one of the... More

We spent a very pleasant couple of hours at Anse Lazio today. The beach is very pretty as all the guides etc say but on top of this, it's easy to access, not too busy and the trees overhanging much of the beach proved some very welcome shade. The water was great but being on the windward side also had... More

During our stay on Praslin in Feb '17 we again visited Anse Lazio a few times. For me still the most beautiful beach. I can spend all day looking at the sea with its different shades of blue.

Amazing beach covered by trees and full of shadowed points. Beware of strong currents and winds . Sea is a beautiful green color

I came to anse lazio quite early in the morning and there was only a few people there. Gorgeous beach, withnice waves to swim. There are shade under the trees but remember to still wear sun screen if you have light skin. Bring your own lunch if you are on a budget as the restaurants are pricey. You can take... More

Truly magnificent beach - crystal clear water and golden sands. Safe for bathing and chilling out. So lovely we went a few times.

Most beaches are in the bays and the water stays shallow for several hundred meters, you can't actually swim. So Lazio gets deep and you can play in the waves.

Lovely beach just a few miles from the raffles hotel. Great white sand, lovely clean water not very crowded. Love the trees which over hang the beach and the giant basaltic rocks. The sand is clean and the beach is well maintained. There are couple of nice restaurants nearby.
