Starter front bus stop not far from Vallee de Mai . Best is to park at vallée de mai then walk to the trail . Easy at beginning after the kiosk bit more difficult but you end up to the top , finding a mirador from which you can have a nice panoramic view. 1 h walk to go to the top. We do as well path front glacis for 1 h as well nice to do with nice view on the valley…

The trail itself is 2.8km long both ways and took me 50' to complete. The trail itself is nothing to talk about but the views from the tower at the end of it are worth it !

The walk starts from opposite the bus station, free of charge, trail is not at all difficult, we walked with walking sandals, lookout tower is simply awesome, we think it was recently renovated, climbed easily to the 2nd floor, 360 degree stunning view, it has better view than fond fredinand but no coco de mar :) Go there without a doubt if you have the option!…

To see the fantastic views, you have to take the effort to go up the viewpoint. The gradual climb will let you see the Glacis Noir. The most amazing things to do in Praslin, but steps are the most challenging part. Wear good walking shoes, as some trails can slippery.
