I toured with friends today. It’s a self guided tour with many exhibits of the different areas of New York State and the Albany area. I really enjoyed it.

From the 911 exhibit, to the old subway car, to the Native American exhibit I love it all! Not to mention the whole history of the Adirondacks. NY is an amazing state with a rich history and I am proud to a New Yorker!

911 exhibit was very emotional, was displayed nicely and made you see what the rescue personnel actually saw in the hours immediately following. So sad!

Lots to see and do here - plenty of exhibits to interest all types. Covers lots of New York State history with big focus on nature. Don't miss out on the old carousel - it's on a different floor, but the kids love it!
