The theater was decent. It was a stadium setup, and hasn’t been recently renovated. I definitely prefer the theaters with the reclining cushion chairs nowadays! The concessions here were definitely pricier than my normal theater, but the popcorn was very flavorful and buttery! The picture and sound in the theater was very good and it was a decent place to see a movie when in the area.

I really like Regal and but what I hate is the reserved seats I miss the old days of it being first come first serve and also my aunt who in a wheelchair couldn’t get in the back of the theater because the elevator is down for the RPX Theater maybe you guys get that fixed and keep maintained but because of not having wheelchair accessible theater you lost a customer

We hadn’t been there is years. It’s quite different now. When you buy your tickets you then pick your seat (like when you go to a concert). It was weird to do that since we were going right in to see the movie. But with all the technology today I guess it was ok. The seats were comfortable. They tilted back and the arms moved up so if you wanted more room you had it. These arms were also the place to put your drink. We liked it. We would go there again.

Looks like some wizard in Regal Corporate figured out how to put the company out of business. Just stick it to the customers with this new ridiculousness seating requirement. Now you can see them all flee to home theater and skip going out to the movies. You forgot the golden rule of business, "The Customer is Always Right", PS: sorry you are NOT broadway.

This theater changed from open seating to assigned seats. I recently attended a matinee. I had to select a seat upon purchasing my ticket. It was ridiculous. I was among a group of maybe 15 in the theater. If seating is a challenge at busy times, fine. Make us pick a seat. But all this does is hold up the purchase process & time at the box office. When it's not busy, forgo the process. Also, we were blown away by the volume of the pre show and previews. Turn it down, please.

Chairs are comfortable and you can always see. I am also very happy with the way that the staff handled my comment about carrying a backpack/lunch bag for my granddaughter who is diabetic. Very professional and friendly. Also, a few months ago, my same granddaughter had a tummy ache and got sick in the hallway (tried to get her to the bathroom....but only made it to the garbage can, which she used.... but then got sick again on the rug). I cleaned as best as I could... and told the staff member. They were VERY gracious and kind despite the inconvenience we had caused them. One thing I don't like is the assigned seating policy there and at Crossgates Mall. One day I got into an argument with a very rude woman who was actually sitting in our seats (even though the theater that day was quite empty--- she said she picked her seats--- but didn't feel like sitting in them!!).

Went to see Aquaman. Was a movie with lots of adventure, comedy and a great storyline. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

We go to this theatre often and it is always clean, comfortable and the sound is terrific. The prices are a bit higher than other places and I wish they would make the snacks more reasonable, but I do enjoy their reward program.

This is my go to as far as movie theaters go. Out of all the theaters in the area it has the most comfortable seating, which is honestly why I go here. It’s also always clean. But other than that, it’s a movie theater.. pretty straight forward
