Everything about this company was amazing. We had a great 10 day safari and everything was coordinated seamlessly. Our safari guide, Tuma, was fantastic and had a wonderful knowledge or everything we did. This was a once in a lifetime experience that was beyond what we envisioned. Only problem was that our trip had to end.

We cannot say enough positive things about Safari Infinity. From planning all the logistical details to the actual experience in the truck and the boutique lodging options, Safari Infinity delivered beyond our expectations at a price lower than other options we were researching, plus providing your own vehicle rather than sharing a vehicle with other customers. We chose Safari Infinity based on a word of mouth recommendation at the Embassy where I am posted and they lived up to that recommendation. Simon (co-founder) was our driver and really listened to what was of interest and was very flexible to meet both the adults and the kids interests. There is no guarantee that you will see everything, but Simon's knowledge and network with other drivers proved to put us in front of the the animals we hoped to see as well as some more rare species. We are hooked and cannot wait to return for another safari.

We went on a private 10-Day Safari with Safari Infinity for our honeymoon last October (2019). I know that we wanted a memorable once in a lifetime experience and Safari Infinity delivered on all fronts. When in the planning stage (over a year in advance) I reached out to approximately 10 other safari operators stating our intentions and provided the details on what we wanted to see, our preferred level of accommodations, and our budget. I received a number of proposals and itineraries with varying costs but the itinerary proposed by Augustine at Safari Infinity was by far the most impressive and appeared to have been the most tailored to us. A lot of the other operators had proposed pretty basic looking itineraries - Safari Infinity was also the only one to propose driving out and Flying Back to Arusha which would maximize the amount of time in the "Bush". Once we had decided on Safari Infinity I then worked with Augustine to further customize our trip. We wanted to upgrade certain accommodations so he provided us a number of options for each location and also made suggestions based on his experiences. He added things like a hot-air balloon ride in the Serengeti and nice little touches such as suggesting we stop at Gibbs Farm for lunch on the way onto our next destination. Our itinerary was perfect as we had some days that were a little more busy balanced out with some slower more relaxing ones. Once we had confirmed our itinerary, everything was put onto a website that clearly showed all the details of our trip. We were also in a bit of a unique situation as prior to our safari we were on a Mt. Kilimanjaro Trek with another tour operator. Safari Infinity was able to coordinate with our trekking company on where they could pick us up and the “handoff” went really smoothly. We were then in the care of our guide Tuma as our Safari began. The vehicle we were provided was in great shape and had everything we needed. Before heading out of town we stopped and stocked up on various snacks and loaded up the fridge with beverages and we were on our way! We also were able to leave some of our trekking gear with the Safari Infinity team in Arusha so we didn’t have to take it all along with us and they held it until our departure. Seeing as we just finished our Kilimanjaro trek, as per Augustine’s suggestion, we took it easy on the first couple of days so we could get some rest before ramping it up later. Our itinerary was: Arusha - Tarangire National Park - Karatu - Ngorongoro Crater - Central Serengeti - Northern Serengeti - Arusha. Out accommodations were: - Maramboi Tented Lodge (2 Nights) - Neptune Ngorongoro Lodge (1 Night) - Ngorongoro Serena Lodge (1 Night) - Nyumbani Collection (3 Nights) ** Our Favorite - Chaka Camp (1 Night) - Serengeti Bushtops Camp (1 Night) Our safari was everything we could have imagined and I feel that is in large part to our guide Tuma. He made suggestions and tweaked some of our days to better suit us and was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. He was really friendly and easy to talk to about a variety of things even outside of “safari” topics which made some of those long days on the road really enjoyable. I’m into photography and brought along a lot of gear and he was able to always put us in the best location for me to get the best shots. I also was surprised time and time again on how he was able to spot animals with his eyes better than I was even through a 500mm camera lens! We were able to see the Big-5 within the first few days of our safari and actually saw the elusive leopard on our 2nd day (it was actually the first of the Big-5 that we saw). We saw all the animals we expected to and then some. We were able to see the great migration and were lucky to see a river crossing up close. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we owe this in large part to the incredible team at Safari Infinity. From the first email correspondence to the the time we were dropped off at the airport, everything they provided exceeded our expectations. For anybody looking for a safari operator - I highly recommend Safari Infinity, you will not be disappointed!

My family and I traveled from Canada to experience this amazing safari. Safari Infinity was very helpful all through the planning of the trip until the very end of our trip. Our guide, Kelly, was recommended to us from another family who had previously gone on the trip. He was absolutely phenomenal at his job, he was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgable! We had no issues at all, would HIGHLY recommend going and 100% should request Kelly as your guide!

I am adding our voice to the chorus singing the praises of Safari Infinity. Everything about our experience was great. When we first decided to go an a Safari in Tanzania, I researched potential outfitters and narrowed the list down to five that had great recommendations from various sources. I contacted them all. Right from the start Safari Infinity stood out. They responded immediately and learned what kind of experience we wanted. They suggested a basic itinerary as a starting point to create a customized trip. We were two couples looking for a private tour where we could do the things we wanted to do. We worked with Lisa Yamazaki, who was wonderful. She responded promptly to every email, answered all of our questions fully and based on experience. We settled on a 10 day (9 night) trip that took us to Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Ndutu and Seregenti National Park. We chose a combination of “classic” and “deluxe” lodging (the “luxury” category was way over the top for out experiential tastes), and I must say each seemed quite luxurious. Our first night was in Arusha but since we got there at 10pm and left at 8am the next morning, it was just a place to sleep. for the rest of the trip, we spent half our nights in really (really really) nice Tent camps (Kichuguu and Nyumbani Collection) and the other half in lodges (Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge and Ndutu Safari Lodge). Lisa did a great job explaining why she was recommending the various lodging and her suggestions were right on point. I will add that the food was exceptional - far better than we expected. Great chefs. We traveled in February (the short dry season between the rainy seasons) and everything was green and lush. The Land Rover we travelled in was outfitted perfectly for our safari. There was plenty of room for the four of us and the pop top (open almost all the time) was perfect for viewing and picture taking. We saw so many animals from large to small and witnessed their natural life, including lions mating, cheetahs hunting, hyenas and vultures feeding on carcasses, zebras frolicking, wildebeest roaming, jackals and dik dik flitting in and out of the grasses etc. etc. - and the birds, so many, so colorful and so easy to see. Best of all, we were assigned the world’s best guide, Monah. Monah has an amazing breadth of knowledge about so many things - animals, birds, geography, geology, history, culture (especially Massai culture as he was born into the Massai tribe), Tanzanian politics - and he is generous in sharing it. His English is 100%. His plans for each day were spot on. Although we could have changed any of it, his suggestions were so good we stuck with his plans. Let me also say, Monah is one of the world’s true great souls - friendly, solicitous, enthusiastic, optimistic and thoughtful - and very resourceful (the bush has its surprises every day and flexibility in order to capture the best experiences is an important trait). I could go on, but the bottom line is that Safari Infinity gave us a better experience than we even imagined (and we have quite good imaginations).
