The place was under renovation and so be prepared to see section blocked off. Guys need to have pants below the knees else we will still have to rent (for free) a sarong from the counter to wear.

Nice visit with the family, beautiful building which is under construction at the moment. Fortunately we went with a guide so got a lot out of it. Worth a trip if you like history and architecture.

The renovations are due to be completed by June, but this is Thailand, and time means nothing. I suggest you check again closer to your travel time.

Dogs are not permitted in the grounds, and that includes "handbag" pooches.

As most of the recommendations bargain bargain bargain As of your request, go to train station and hire a cab for the day ... It should cost you about 4000 bath max
