It's worth to pay a visit. 20 baht is all you need to pay to let the "Pikachu" truck to bring you from bottom to the top of the municipal park. It's advised to visit in the early morning as the weather is still cool...More

We got a driver from the hotel to go on this three temple tour. Just 3 hours or so. Pretty interesting - without cable car. Be prepared to walk steep slopes and some stairs.

Hat Yai isn't a tourist town as such but we enjoyed stay here. The park is a highlight and worth the trip. Heavy walking in the heat if you walk up the hill.

There is no cable car station that takes you up there. The cable car only connects two points up in the hill, so you have to get up there on your own.

A must visit for looking at the various religious statues. Try the cable car if you want, it's a bit short but worth the little extra trip to a different part of the park.

The park has 3 different places that you can visit; the Goddess of Mercy temple, hilltop Buddha and cable car. The area is pretty cooling and windy. If you head to the hilltop (where the Buddha resides), you can overlook the whole Hat Yai. Great...More

This park is a tourist attraction for locals and outsiders. There are a few attraction places within this park. The famous will be the cable car that you can take by asking your tuk tuk / drive to take you up the hill

Didn't ride on the cable car when we were there, as we felt it was kinda expensive for that short trip... Got our hire driver to send us up instead! :)
