The splendor of this place is pretty indescribable. We booked a sunset tour with Phranang Full Moon Kayaking (our tour guide, Ya, is the nicest most genuine bloke!) and we explored the landscape and when we exited, it was the most gorgeous sunset setting ever. The kinds you see on travel blogs and #wonderlust photos. Our tour guide Is a... More

Ao Tha Lane one of the pearls of Krabi provence in Thailand. In one side you can rent a kayak for 500 bath per day and explore the mangroove forest with high rocks and small beaches. In other side you can find the red rock arch in the sea and small beach with pure water. So in most time you... More

We went on a somewhat rainy day for the sunset tour, it is quite a ride of about 30-40 minutes, arrived there were very few people, maybe due to the weather or the late time in the day, we had an extremely entertaining guide a truly enjoyed our tour in a dreamlike misty sunset atmosphere. Tides can be a challenge,... More

While the kayaking is fun, the place is just average. if you take the sunset kayak, there is option to add barbecue to it. We did not but the there were someone took it and they said it was not that good. and No, they don barbecue in front of you, they just serve the food. Au Thalane is located... More

We reached Ao thalane and hired a kayak for 500 bahts for 2 hours where they gave us a kayak ,life jackets and dry bag. It is a lovely place where you get a breathtaking view of the cliff and caves. Its a must do when you visit krabi.

Just north of krabi lies this setting off point for canoe trips. There's a bay full of rock karsts reminisant of halong bay in Vietnam. Also deep mangrove swamps.

We were picked up from our hotel for this adventure. It was quite a long drive, picking up other tourists for this activity. It was raining very heaving the moment we got there. The weather was not on our favor but the guide had to start. We put on our poncho and started on the adventure. It was our first... More

We've had a blast visiting this place. We took a tour which included kayaking through the sea and mangrove trees, feeding monkeys along the way and visiting a huge crabs colony. All in all, a great half day tour. Highly recommended!

Excellent value kayaking tour through the mangroves and ocean. Gets a bit narrow at times through the mangroves but a very leisurely 2 hour kayaking trip through so far unspoilt mangroves and limetone cliffs. Try to arrange when the tide is high as some parts can become restricted at times at low tide so check the tide patterns. All in... More
