A short but safe and refreshing boat trip took us to one of the many “long neck villages” available. Make sure to have a knowledgeable local guide, to explain something about the cultural and ethnic diversity in the region, otherwise this visit is nothing but...More

It was interesting to see the village life and especially understand the culture they live in. They are doing knitting to live. Children were all around playing.

For me back home in New Zealand I am friends with some of the family members of women who have stalls in the village so to meet them is a dream come true. They would hate to think you think of them as a zoo....More

It is truly amazing what the human body is capable of. This is mostly a tourist trap where they will try to sell you souvenirs but it's still worth the visit. You will get to see the extreme body augmentations that the different tribes are...More

Waste of time and money. We paid 500 bahts to see few stalls and 4 long neck women. It has nothing to do with a Village. Avoid! Worst experience since long time.

We visited the Long Neck people as part of a tour so the fee may have been included in that. Regardless of whether it was or wasn't you should purchase some of the handicrafts at the village. This is how they make money... More
