Best Beach in Phuket!

Be warned, if you're coming down the footpath it is perilous! However, it's worth the journey. This beach is the best I've ever been to. The sand is golden, the water is clear and... read more

Be warned, if you're coming down the footpath it is perilous! However, it's worth the journey. This beach is the best I've ever been to. The sand is golden, the water is clear and the beach is quiet. Well worth the 200 baht fee, as it is a private beach. The beachside restaurant was pretty good too. Well worth a... More

Best part of my thailand trip. Crystal clear water and white sands beside the jungle. There is not full of people, because it's far from patong and a 1 km walk needed from road to beach.

Highly recommend this beach to anyone wanting to get away from the super busy Patong beach. Secluded and gorgeous! Either you get a long tailed boat from Patong beach however it's slightly expensive to do that, or you can drive there and walk down to the beach. It's a bit of a hike from parking the car or bike, however... More

This is definitely a beautiful beach, but its very crowded and we were even there early in the day. Its small which is probably why. the long tail boat ride from Patong is good fun though (but expensive)

We love this beach! We came here a few times during our 10 days tour in Phuket. We took the long tail boat from Patong beach to here and since we only had 2 ppl, they all started to charge us 1500 baht for round trip. But remember always ask for cheaper!!!!! For the first trip we got 1200 and... More

This privately owned beach has great snorkelling, crystal clear water and is a lovely long boat journey from Patong. It is very busy. It's a shame this beautiful spot isn't taken better are of. We were shocked at the amount of rubbish piled up around the beach.

We arrived at Freedom Beach by a long tail boat 600 TB return to Merlin Beach. Compared to Merlin Beach Freedom Beach is much better for water activities as it has a sandy bottom and Merlin is covered with a rocky bottom. We enjoyed our 6 hours on Freedom Beach relaxing and had a nice lunch. Plenty of fish to... More

I tried to walk from Patong beach to Freedom beach without renting a motorbike with my passport. Some tuktuk driver stopped me and try to sell me a trip to Freedom Beach for 1000 Bahts. But after I finally arrive the beach, I only stayed for 15 minutes and decided to go to the next destination. It was not my... More

Our first time in Phuket. Maybe the most difficult beach to reach but that was just one of the reasons to go. We follow the Google maps way and let our car in the first entrance. 200 bhat per person to pass. 10 minutes way down and not too hard... But the return is best to do it from the... More
