This place is a tranquil place to have a cool time. Not sure whether it will be same during peak summer. My sense is that it may be overly packed because of the wonderful holiday atmosphere. 5/5

Lots to do and see with markets , shops , street food and cafés. The place is like a maze and was fun to walk around and haggling trying to get a bargain. It also reminded me of old medinas in Marrakech and Malta. A...More

Great for a good stroll and for staying in (it has a hotel) Great conference center that can hold 1200+ people (been there for international conferences) Very good architecture and setup - friendly staff and shops - excellent security

We took a day trip here and the local stalls set up are impressive. You have I barter but I left that to my boyfriend. The surrounding area is a bit run down but it was nice to see the culture.

It shows you what the country you are visiting is all about. It's a place full of smells, sounds, food and gifts. The best part was haggling with locals to get things for the price you want. A must go for all.

So different than anything we know in North America, I love getting lost in the maze of tini streets and beautiful doors of the Medina (Old City). You can only imagine what is behind those beautiful doors. I do not care much for the shops...More

Just buy at the airport, on your flight or at your hotel. The usual price is 4 dinars (2€) a pack mainly at the hotel or 40 dinars a volume (20€). There are many cigarette sellers at the beach but I woudn´t trust most of... More

its 200 each...i had a few in main luggage coming back and bought 200 in airport on return in hand laggage..x

hi Iam disabled is it easy to get about in a wheelchair no steep kirbs or large banks to get up and down any tips on where to avoid if not wheelchair friendley please

There is only 2 lifts at one end of the hotel... We used the stairs as it was quicker even though we were on the third floor. There were people there in wheel chairs....the outside around the stage area is an uneven patio... More
